Shipping and returns policy
When shopping at akenberg online these shipping and return rules apply.
Orders are processed within 48 hours from purchase date. Delivery time changes depending on destination country and carrier.
Shipping within Sweden is free of charge. Orders are shipped with Postnord and delivered to your closest Postnord service point. Swedish orders are typically delivered within 3–5 shipping days. You will receive a notification with SMS and e-mail once the shipment is available for collection.
For international shipments outside of Sweden, there will be an additional freight cost. Orders are shipped with the best alternative for your country, like for example DHL. International orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days.
Akenberg stands behind the quality of everything we design, and we do hope that you are happy with our products. However, if the item did not match your expectations, we are happy to accept returns on items that are in original condition, not used. The item can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items purchased online can be returned to us at our Design House at Akenberg AB, Bowatersvägen 7B, SE-97251 Luleå, Sweden. You will receive a return confirmation by e-mail as soon as we have received your return. Please note that you are responsible for the return until we have received and registered the item, so always save your receipt. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for a return to come to us and be processed at our warehouse.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be used or altered in any way.
Does it cost anything to make a return? Yes, there is a refund of 50 SEK, which applies to both national and international orders. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an updated invoice by e-mail. If you wish to pay your invoice before processing your return, you will deduct the amount of goods you returned. Remember to add 50 SEK if you have made a return. You can return items from different orders from us in the same return package. Just keep in mind that you must send a return statement for each order, otherwise we will not be able to register your returns.
