Swedish Orders

- Delivery: Your order will be delivered to your nearest service point within 3-5 business days.
- Notifications: Stay informed with SMS and email updates, including a notice when your shipment is ready for collection.
International Orders
- Carrier: DHL Express
- Benefits: DHL Express provides fast, secure, and flexible international shipping options.
- Delivery Time: Typically 1-3 working days, with variations based on the destination country.
DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD)
- Updates: Receive regular updates on your shipment’s progress via text/email.
- Customization: If the delivery schedule doesn’t suit your needs, take control with DHL ODD:

Our Commitment to Quality

We gladly accept returns on items that are in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and unaltered.
Return Period
You have a 14-day window to initiate a return from the day you received your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs for both returns related to the right of withdrawal and open purchases, regardless of whether the order was placed domestically or internationally.
How to Return Items
To initiate a return, send the items back to Akenberg AB at the following address:

Once your return is processed at our warehouse, we’ll send you a confirmation via email. You can combine items from different orders in the same return package, but remember to include a return statement for each order. It’s essential to keep your receipt, as you’re responsible for the return until we’ve received and registered the item(s).
